The fruit for this wine comes from one of my dearest and oldest friends – Phillip Lehman – who is also giving this red wine maker, a few white wine pointers along the way.
This luscious Eden Valley fruit gives this wine the room to move across the spectrum of citrus and aromatic spices.
Lemon and lime icee pole, with a dusting of pear blossom and white pepper; races into a textured lime curd lifted finish.
Drinking straight out of the gate, or an easy 5-10 in the cellar.
